Action Alert: Upcoming Community Conversations in Detroit
Community conversations are being held to provide input to the new statewide Education Achievement Authority (EAA) that will impact the future of Detroit Schools and they want your input! The EAA is a statewide district that will have authority over under-performing schools in Michigan. Participants will discuss what should be included in school redesign, and how EAA schools will differ from traditional schools. See the recently published article in the Detroit Free Press to learn more.
