On Wednesday, April 2nd, 2014, the Detroit URC will be hosting a Collaborative Research Capacity Building Workshop for Community-Based Organizations. The workshop will take place from 8:30am-12:30pm at the University of Michigan Detroit Center.

Equitable engagement in research with academic partners can make your organization stand above the crowd. This training will introduce principles and methods in collaborative research that enable leaders from Detroit-based organizations to participate in a way that puts their community's interest first. Participating organizations are encouraged to bring multiple co-workers to the workshop.
