Module Two Goal: The goal of this module is to equip community members with the ability to distinguish between programs and policies and understand how each is used to address community issues.

Learning Objectives

After completing this module, participants will be able to do the following:

  • Discuss what power is and where power comes from
  • Identify who has power in a situation
  • Translate power into community change
  • Construct a power map
